A photo of the cake will be shared once it’s ready, before delivery or pickup.
While we take great care in preparing your cake, we are unable to take responsibility for any damage during delivery.
Delivery fees vary depending on distance. We strongly recommend self-pickup whenever possible.
• Please arrive at your selected pickup time.
If you need to change the timing, just let us know in advance. For pickups outside these hours,
please check with us first.
We recommend using a cooler bag ❄️ to help keep the cake in good condition.
Please place the cake on a flat, stable surface and secure it so it doesn’t move.
Keep the air conditioning on full during transport.
Do not carry the cake on your lap, and avoid placing it on slanted car seats.
